It’s hard to believe the winter is going by fast. Cold days have been harsh in the city, but there are ways to warm up. As we get ready for St. Patty’s Day minds turn to ways to heat up the month and the upcoming holiday.

Grand authentic sips are here and they could not come at a better time.

Here are some ways to make your nights a little hotter with spectacular
cocktails with great brands that will leave you feeling wonderful.

Gaelic Grasshopper  – By Pamela Wiznitzer
1.5oz Kerrygold Irish Cream Liqueur 
1oz Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey
.5oz Brancamenta 
.5oz Creme de Cacao 
Directions: Shake lightly and strain over crushed ice. Garnish with mint & shaved chocolate 

Dublin 12 Old Fashioned
2 oz Proper No. Twelve Whiskey
1 Bar Spoon Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Lemon Wedge 
 • In a lowball glass, add Proper No. Twelve Whiskey, simple syrup and bitters
 • Add ice to the glass and stir together
• Garnish with lemon wedge & cherry
