Wedding Dreams to Come True this Weekend at Bridelux

Get ready to make all of your wedding dreams come true.

Renowned luxury wedding show Bridelux will host its first-ever U.S. Atelier at the InterContinental New York Barclay on Sunday, January 13.

Included in the event’s curated collection of esteemed participants are some of the industry’s most respected fashion labels, some of which will even feature interactive exhibitions. Highlights are sure to come from Vivienne Westwood, who will be showcasing the style in which Miley Cyrus recently dressed for her nuptuals, Reem Acra (who will herself be in attendance), and a live demonstration of couture-level beading by hand from renowned dress maker Suzie Turner. Guests will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in many wedding festivities such as listening to 45 Riots perform their newest sets and enjoying a virtual reality tour of All Seated’s luxurious venues. Stationer Ceci Johnson of Ceci New York will create custom stationery designs, and there will be extravagant ice sculptures, a replica of the Queen’s crown, plus many other unique elements and experiences throughout the day. Beyond the interactive experiences provided by participating brands, the Bridelux Atelier will also include talks hosted by some of the industry’s most coveted experts, including Royal Wedding florist Philippa Craddock and cake maker Claire Ptak, top wedding planners Colin Cowie and Bryan Rafanelli of Rafanelli Events and Ceci Johson of Ceci New York.

Intended to be a destination in its own right for the wedding and fashion industry, guests will also be welcomed to pay a visit to the Atelier’s Travel Lounge that will feature Banyan Tree, Brocket Hall, Oberoi Hotels, Weddings Santorini, and more. A selection of British brands & venues will also travel to New York to showcase at the Atelier, such as Historic Royal Palaces’ Kensington Place and the Tower of London, as well as florist Philippa Craddock and Claire Ptak of Violet Cakes, who served as the florist and cake maker to the Royal Wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Creating a wonderfully bespoke experience for couples and wedding industry professionals alike, each show is closely curated and interactive, giving brides ideas and inspiration to create their perfect day at an unsurpassed level.
