WorldPride Celebrated at Love Above All Ball

WorldPride Celebrated at Love Above All Ball

Last night at the Rainbow Room WorldPride was celebrated in a glorious fashion.

More than six hundred members of the global queer and ally communities gathered for the only black tie affair of the honored weekend at the Love Above All Ball.

Epic headline performances thrilled the crowd as they listened to MARINA, Betty Who, and Shangela, and DJs Casey Spooner, Nicky Siano, and Miss Guy play the night away. The evening also featured a cabaret sing-a-long, a burlesque show by House of Yes, and a magic act by Adam Cardone.

“This is a night to honor humans. This is a night to honor mankind,” said guest Ricardo Sanchez. “Let’s have fun doing it in a big way!”

Proceeds from Love Above All Ball benefited the next generation of queer youth through Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation and their unique efforts to support the wellness of young people by connecting them to the resources they need to thrive and drive change in their communities.

Guests on the scene included: Cynthia Germanotta, Kate Walsh, BD Wong, Casey Spooner, Gigi Gorgeous, Nats Getty, Nicky Siano, Miss Guy, Justin Mikita, Zeke Thomas, Larry Milstein, Ryan Pfluger, Robyn Streisand, Christopher Legaspi, Alex Undone, Igee Okafor, Todd Kingston Plummer, Ross Matsubara, Scott Bixby, Tinsley Mortimer, Margaret Josephs, Ted Gibson, Jason Backe, Ariana Di Lorenzo, and Micaela Diamond.

The night was presented by generous support from OUT @ NBCUniversal, Bentley Meeker Lighting & Staging, Inc., DeJuan Stroud, Inc., Smirnoff Vodka, Hampton Water, Tarte Cosmetics, Lipstick Queen, Sugarfina, Oysters XO, Cort, Subdus, Baldor Foods, Debragga, True World Foods, Chef’s Warehouse, and StepVisual.
