Getting Ready for Halloween Fun

Getting Ready for Halloween Fun

One of New York City’s most anticipated Halloween Parties, Voodoo 849, is coming on Halloween night at  SECOND located at Kimpton Hotel Eventi. The event will be hosted by FX Pose’s Dominique Jackson and Real Housewives of New York’s stars Countess Luann de Lesseps and Dorinda Medley. There will be a special musical performance by She Wants Revenge.

This year, the party will be celebrating the life and times of Marie Laveau, the Voodoo High Priestess of New Orleans who reigned as the most powerful influence over the city for decades. As you enter SECOND on Halloween night, you will experience a space transformed into the streets of the French Quarter, with the main ballroom inspired by St. Louis Cathedral and the main bar as St. Louis One, NoLa’s infamous cemetery where Marie’s grave lies to this day.

A night full of thrills and chills awaits, including the below entertainment:

– As guests enter through the Pontchartrain swamp, they will make their way through Mardi Gras-filled corridors into the main ballroom

– Vibrant DJ spins in collaboration with live New Orleans brass bands

– NYC Houses will battle on the runway along with special musical headliner She Wants Revenge (guests will also have the chance to battle on the runway and compete for best costume along with prizes)

– Libations will be flowing from full open bars throughout the night

Tickets can be bought here.
