The Iconic Holiday Ride Launches November 15

The Ride Holiday Edition is a joyous experience to share with friends and loved ones during New York City’s favorite season.  Enjoy the exclusivity of gliding through midtown Manhattan in THE RIDE’S state-of-the-art sleigh, protected from the frenzy of the crowds and winter weather. The Ride’s repertory company of talented performers will continue to surprise and to delight you with their original themed vignettes and music.  No one does Holidays like The Ride.” -Richard Humphrey, CEO/CCO, Author, Director, The Ride

Celebrating The Celestial Lights of Christmas, Hanukkah and Kwanza, for the 7th Year The Ride Holiday Edition will dazzle audiences until Sunday, January 6, 2019.

Having just picked up his sixth TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence Award, Drama Desk nominated CEO/CCO Richard Humphrey has scheduled over 800 Holiday Rides in anticipation of a repeat of last year’s incredible award-winning, sold-out success and unqualified critical acclaim. Created, written and directed by Richard Humphrey, the exclusively produced The Ride Holiday Edition has become a key ingredient of the holiday magic of New York City and the Season’s most sought after Family Event.

Guided by two Gold Star Hosts, while adding its own award-winning actors, singers and dancers to the crowded mix on the street, the huge motor coaches deliver a show worthy of the standing ovations and group euphoria. The motor coaches are events in their own right.

Original seasonal music, videos support the dazzling Holiday performances along the 4.2 mile journey through Midtown New York, while you stay toasty warm. This is so special that The Holiday Ride was the subject of the two acclaimed Holiday Specials on WABC-TV and ClearVISION.

The Holiday Ride’s award-winning Creative Team proudly includes Richard Humphrey (Executive Producer & Mise-en-Scene), Leslie Meisel (Additional Scripting), Michael Stanek (Choreography), Ryan O’Gara and Mark Hoffner (Lighting Design), Brendan Bekowies (Sound Design), Roger Acosta (Videos) and Joe Morgan (Videos).

The Ride Holiday Edition wraps New York in a big bow for you, your family and your friends to open together.
