Chew your food thoroughly

Include foods rich in fiber in your diet

When the fibre in food cones into contact with water, it forms a gel-like substance which is emptied from the stomach slowly, causing you to feel hungry after a lifetime.

Take a smaller plate

Serving your meals on a smaller plate – doesn’t make sense, right? Well, actually, it does, and you’re about to see how. You see, there is a big difference between you filling a small plate and a large plate. When you use a bigger plate, the serving may look smaller in the optical eye and you may be tempted to add a little more food.

On the other hand, filling a small plate is quite the opposite. It may trick you into thinking that you have emptied a full plate and overfed, which is actually not the case.

Drinking enough water daily

This is essential to enhance the digestion process by flushing out wastes that are formed in the body. It also plays a significant role in providing hydration in the body without unwanted calories

Eat more protein

Protein is an essential nutrient that can make you feel full throughout the day, reduce hunger pangs, and make you consume less calories in the process. For instance, starting your day with proteins such as eggs instead of grains helps you avoid consuming too much calories throughout the day.
